ELVIRA Elvira (real name is Cassandra Peterson), born in Manhattan, KS., was quite the 80's icon.  She could be found guest starring on a ton of 80's TV shows, like CHiPs, Fantasy Island, St. Elsewhere, The Fall Guy, and a number of made for TV movies.  Elvira even had her own 80's TV series, one called "Movie Macabre" in 1981, an another called "Heavy Metal Heaven" in 1989.  Her 80's movie resume includes Cheech and Chong's Next Movie (1980), Coast to Coast (1980), King of the Mountain (1981), Jekyll and Hyde Together Again (1982), The Sting II (1983), Stroker Ace (1983), Get Out of My Room (1985), Pee Wee's Big Adventure (1985), Balboa (1986), Echo Park (1986), Allan Quartermain and the Lost City of Gold (1987), Pledge Night (1988), and Elvira, Mistress of the Dark (1988).
